Firstly, what is it? Garcinia Cambogia is a tropical fruit which is used for weight loss, it is meant to prevent the bodies ability to make fat as well as lowering cholesterol. Taking one pill in the morning and one pill in the evening on an empty stomach is crucial. A big factor of this working is taking it properly and correctly, therefore if you don't comply then don't complain.

As for side effects, I didn't get severe effects like some of the reviews say you get. For the first couple of days after taking them, I had a bit of a sore stomach but that soon faded. I put this down to my body just getting used to the product as it would with any other pill or supplement. 

I could see the effects working straight away, my cravings had stopped and I never had an appetite. I was never one for being hungry all the time anyway, but I actually felt full a lot of the time. My starting weight was 53kg and after using them for 2 weeks I have dropped to 51kg. It doesn't sound that much but considering I am trying to gain muscle at the gym my weight usually goes up so this is a big difference for me.
